I’m a wife, mother, friend, avid traveller, and a dedicated therapist passionate about supporting others through life’s ups and downs. Having faced my own significant challenges, I deeply value empathy, understanding, and confidentiality. I strive to create a warm, non judgemental space where you feel truly heard and safe to explore your thoughts and emotions. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, fostering self awareness, growth, and positive change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

​I live in beautiful Busselton, Western Australia but am often on one of my 'adventures'. At present I am away so am only available for Telehealth appointments. Online counselling offers you the flexibility to access support wherever you are, with the same quality of care as inperson sessions. Whether you live remotely, have a busy schedule, on holiday or simply feel more comfortable at home, it’s a secure and confidential way to connect. Without the need to travel or rush, you can focus fully on your wellbeing in a space that feels safe and familiar.

Counselling

In our sessions, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, working together to address your concerns and navigate life’s challenges. I draw from a range of approaches — including Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — so we can find what works best for you. My aim is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you feel empowered to overcome obstacles, build on your strengths, and move towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Sessions are 60 minutes - $100

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Experience the benefits of Clinical Hypnotherapy from the comfort of your home. Online sessions are proven to be as effective as in-person, offering the same personalised care, gentle guidance, and positive results—without the need to travel. In a warm, supportive space, you can work on reducing anxiety and stress, overcoming fears, breaking unhelpful habits, improving sleep, boosting confidence, and healing from past trauma—helping you create lasting change and greater well-being wherever you are.
